Our Baby Massage & Yoga course is designed to help you and your baby connect through gentle touch, movement, and relaxation techniques. This 6-week program will teach you a full body massage routine for your baby, simple yet effective yoga practices that support your baby’s development while promoting bonding and well-being, as well as lifts, holds and walks. Whether in a small group setting or a private 1:1 session, you’ll learn valuable skills to enhance your parenting journey.
