Little Senses Refund Policy

Our Commitment
Little Senses strives to provide flexible options while maintaining a fair and transparent policy for all
families. Please read the following carefully before booking.
1. No Refunds for Cancellations
Little Senses does not offer refunds for course cancellations made by a participant. We understand that
plans can change, and we have put in place fair alternatives to support you where we can (see sections 2
and 3 below).
2. Course Transfers
If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, Little Senses is happy to transfer your booking to the
next available course at the same location. Please notify us as soon as possible to arrange the transfer, so
we can offer your original space to another family on the waiting list.
3. Missed Classes
If you miss a class for any reason, including illness, you are welcome to attend the same class at a
different location or time, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to check for available
spaces. We are unable to offer refunds or credits for missed individual sessions.
4. Course Cancellations by Little Senses
In the unlikely event that Little Senses has to cancel a course entirely, a full refund will be issued to you
promptly.
5. Rescheduled Classes
In the unlikely event that Little Senses needs to reschedule a class and you are unable to attend on the
new date, a refund for that specific class session will be issued.

Our Approach
At Little Senses, we understand how precious photos of your baby are, and we are equally mindful of
every family’s right to privacy. This policy sets out clearly how we handle photography and video within our
classes.

Photography by Little Senses
Little Senses may take photos and short videos during classes for use on our website and social media
channels. We will always handle images with care and respect, and we will never share images in a way
that feels intrusive or identifying without your permission.

Your Consent Options
You choose how your images are used. Please select one of the following:
Full Consent
Little Senses may photograph and share images of you and your baby, including your faces, on social
media and the website.
Partial Consent
Little Senses may use images but please do not show our faces clearly. Hands, feet, backs of heads and
wider class shots are fine.
No Consent
Please do not photograph myself or my baby.


Photography by Parents & Guardians
Parents and guardians are welcome to photograph their own baby during class. However, out of respect
for other families, photography of other participants is not permitted without the explicit consent of that
parent or guardian. We kindly ask that if you are taking photos, you are mindful of other babies and adults who may appear in the background.


Changing Your Preference
You can update your photography preference at any time by contacting us at contact@littlesenses.es.
Changes will be applied from the point of notification.


Sharing on Your Own Channels

If you share photos or videos of our classes on your own social media, we kindly ask that you do not
include other babies or adults without their knowledge. If you would like to tag us, we are
@littlesenses_spain on Instagram and we love seeing your photos!
