Frequently Asked Questions

Little Senses Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 2025

Full Term- Course Bookings

– No refunds for participant cancellations of full term course bookings.
– Missed classes during term: Participants who miss a class during their booked term can attend a class at another location if available during the same term.(cannot be carried over to future terms)
– Full refunds issued if Little Senses cancels a course.
– Refunds available for rescheduled & Cancelled classes if you’re unable to attend the new date.

Drop-In Class Bookings

– No refunds for drop-in class bookings.
– Alternative option: Drop-in bookings can be used on another date during the same term at any available location if you give 24 hours notice of cancellation.
– No-shows will not receive refunds or transfers.

Class Pass Bookings

– No refunds on purchased class passes
Sibling use only: Class passes can be used for siblings only
– Class flexibility: Passes can be used for Discovery Senses and/or Sensory Pioneers classes (mixed usage allowed) at any location.
– Validity period: Passes must be used within 6 months of purchase

Low Enrollment Class Merging (All Booking Types)

Discovery Senses & Sensory Pioneers Classes:

– If either class has fewer than two people enrolled, classes may be merged
– The merged class will take place at the time of the larger enrolled class
– Timing adjustments are typically 1.5 hours before or after your original booking on the       same day
– Parents will be notified the day before the scheduled class
– No refunds will be provided if you choose not to attend a merged class
– All activities remain age-appropriate and stimulating for the combined group

Little Senses Image Use Policy & Permission Request

At Little Senses, we love capturing special moments from our classes to share the joy and benefits of baby sensory experiences. We kindly ask for your permission to take and use images of you and your baby for promotional purposes.

  1. Purpose of Image Use

We may use photographs and videos for:

  • Our website to showcase the experience of our classes.
  • Social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) to share highlights and engage with our community.
  • Advertising materials including flyers, brochures, and online promotions.
  • Internal presentations and training to improve our programs.
  1. Your Rights & Privacy
  • Your participation is completely voluntary.
  • Attendees are welcome to take photos of their own child but should not take photos or videos of other children or attendees without their guardians expressed permission, Please be especially careful if the another child or attendee is visible in the background.
  • We will never include identifying information (e.g., full names, personal details) without explicit consent.
  • You can request the removal of an image at any time by contacting us.
  • If you choose not to give consent, it will not affect your participation in our classes.
  1. Permission Consent

By Clicking the Agree Button When Booking, you confirm that:

  • You grant Little Senses permission to photograph and/or film you and your baby.
  • You consent to the use of these images for the purposes stated above.
  • You understand that these images may be shared publicly.
  • You have the right to withdraw consent at any time in writing.
